Youth Tackle Football

Kersey Cougars are the youth football program for the town of Kersey. The Cougars have been going strong for the past 30 years. We suit up an average of 75 to 100 kids a year. There are four total teams that wear the Cougar Uniform.  The four age groups are 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade and 6th grade. This program has become a staple in the town of Kersey and for the football community in the district.  We have watched many young athletes grow up through the Cougar program and move onto Middle School and High School.  Some of our athletes have even gone onto college to play football.  We focus on the safety of all our players and teach them the proper way to play the game.  Our coaching staff puts in time to make sure the kids both learn the game of football and have fun doing it.
